Fitness has always been a focus of mine from a young age. As a kid I spent much of my spare time as a gymnast and dancer. So naturally as I got older my love for fitness became my passion.

Having attended the National Personal Training Institute to further my fitness education, I am committed to showing my clients that a healthy lifestyle is a balance between a well- rounded diet and exercise. I understand that each and every client is unique and so are their goals, which is why each session is planned around your needs. Together we work on pushing through barriers and getting results!

Talia is certified in personal training, TRX and Kettlebell. She is also a Nutrition consultant. In her spare time, when she's not training or working out, she's busy expanding her makeup business @makeup_bytalia.
