A former cheerleader and personal trainer, she specializes in strength & conditioning training and aerobic exercise of all types- think old school extreme fitness guru Billy Blanks and the original 90’s classic Tao Bo! 

A natural athlete and fitness enthusiast, becoming a personal trainer and group fitness instructor was inevitable! Kayla’s passion for helping people discover their fitness potential and increasing  her clients’ mobility is her greatest motivation! She brings her positive energy and high standards to everything she does!
