Bryan’s passion for fitness began in high school where he played both football and basketball. Soon after graduation he was 60 pounds overweight and out of shape. He changed his lifestyle and was able to lose more than 70 pounds! As a result of his physical and mental transformation, Bryan became a personal trainer and recently a partner in a fitness studio in Englewood and has dedicated his life to helping others achieve those same goals.

His love for indoor and outdoor cycling came about during his weight loss journey. As an indoor cycling instructor Bryan combines his two passions: music and fitness. Cycling is a perfect fit for Bryan’s competitive spirit as he always challenges himself and his riders to meet and exceed their fitness goals. Ride with Bryan and accept the challenge!
